Yes Jade that pretty much sums up what I was saying. I remember back a couple years ago when the chat filters used to bleep out so many innocent words. There were times when I'd be trying to help someone sort out a problem with their computer and when I'd try to type Hard Drive the words were bleeped by the auto censor. Well now their system seems to catch certain combinations of letters and automatically assumes nefarious intent. Speaking of which the very word assume might put you into dangerous territory due to the first thee letters of the word. I was once in a conversation with a guildie and I was going to type Go Figure I hadn't yet had my morning coffee and being a clumsy typist anyway instead of typing F in figure I typed N got as far as Nig when I recieved one of those autowarnings from the system. I had no intention of attempting to type a racial slur and if a human moderater had reviewed the context of the conversation they would not have connected the typo with banned language. As that situation played out due to the warning issued that system automatically put the guildie I was in conversation with on ignore for the rest of the session and they had to contact me through another guildie to find out why I wasn't responding to their conversation. Point I'm trying to make is that most of these warnings and auto bans would be avoided with human moderater involvement, provided the moderator involved has a sufficient understanding of the English language and common sense, both commodities seem to be sadly lacking with Disney's moderation policy.
