Does anyone know if Invasions are being worked on?

I feel like I remember someone saying it before, but I can't find the thread, so I figure I'll ask again.

I really hope they are, though. Invasions were one of my favorite parts of POTCO. You had pirates of all levels and weapon-types working together to defeat Jolly's forces. 'Tis was a great time.

I'm sure the invasions will come back when the game is stable enough. Lets face it even the fireworks freeze everyone at the moment so I doubt its high on their to do list

I doubt it. They still need to add BP boss battle, RC quest and need a lot of fixes for bugs. Invasions would make the game pretty much unplayable in the meantime because of the amount of lag they cause

The devs plan to make this game everything it was and more when POTCO shut down a few years ago, but the servers are not in any way shape or form, fit for invasions. Furthermore, the difficulty of invasions scale with how many players are present. A crew of 12 has an easier time with invasions than a crowd of 80, not only because there are additional spawn points with more players, but damage also scales down (that and players had a tendency to crowd the beaches, even on high population servers, which gave the undead army a head start on the unmonitored barricades).
