Got the same problem, but can't install the latest version of directx9 due to having windows 10 lol. Going to try reinstalling the latest directx itself, brb

I'm having the exact same issue. Ticking OpenGL isn't working. Still getting the same missing .dll message as OP. Can't install DirectX9 on Windows 10, so I guess I'll see if JakeGaming's solution works.
I downloaded direct x and still have the problem?

I tried this yesterday, and it did work, I'm now able to play.

to inform everyone today rosefox helped me fix it and i am now able to log into tlopo she give me a file whitch i was infact able to save and put into the launcher was then allowed my launcher to launch so i am happy to play again
