I'm always hesitant to take pictures of loot. I think I intend to take a print screen instead in situations like that until the game is more stable. Stinks you lost it though.

aww sorry to hear this. I haven't gotten any good loot yet, but when I do, you can best believe I'm gonna take it the second I loot it. You can always screen it from inventory. Sorry you lost it.

Just an idea! If you want to keep track of your findings in game and d0n't feel like playing around with the screenshot button whether it works or not, you could download a free copy of Fraps or Bandicam. Both of these are game recording tools and they recognize OpenGL API. You can set a custom combination for the screenshot to be taken and rest assured. They work out of the box and they are able to produce high quality photographs.

This is why I don't take screenshots unless it is a repeat. - Screenshots have a 25% chance of crashing your PC at best. I highly advice players not SS loot unless you already have the weapon. (Please remember, this game is still in BETA)

That's why I use the PrtScn button instead of F9 (TLOPO's screenshot key). I've never had the game crash on me because of it.

I do the same, and I have never had a SS related crash. That's really something, too, cause I take a ton of SS's.

Yeah, just use your computer's built in screenshot function. No watermark with the date and everything and no chance of crashing. Windows is print screen+alt if I remember and mac is command+shift+4.

My condolences for the sword though..
