Glitch Enemies Glitch through walls

I was doing a quest in Fort Charles in Port Royal when a Navy Veteran Walks through a wall and kills me in 5 hits, I was at low health but still it might need fixed
 
There's several locations where multiple enemies will attack you when you engage one , Misty Mire may have up to 6 enemies attacking you along with General Hex ... so beware
 
That is pretty much every where right now, It happens in most of the caves and in all of the forts. I've noticed a lot if them are really sensitive when you are around them like you sneeze in their direction and 10 dudes just on you. Lol
 
The general hex one can be a real pain. definitely need some help if you have to stick around to get things for a quest. Bring a higher level with you to help.
 
Please fix the glitch where ships sail right through the islands. That's so glaring that I'm sure it has to be a known issue.
