Look! Why did you forget about this? Forget weather app on iPod ... just go with the more 'reliable' mean! :lol1:

In a serious note, where does the weather app come from? Is it from Weather.com? You know where the Weather Channel headquarters is? If you do, then imagine this: I live less than 100 miles away from it, and it sometimes can't 'predict' what's going on in my place. Just like in your case, it's clearly raining and weather channel on TV says that in my area is partly cloudy and low number of precipitation.

But I really don't expect clones of Jim Cantore - ya know ... the guy who stands up in the rain and strong wind, saying, "For you in this area, it is time to take cover and do not make any trip for your safety and the safety of others ...", while he himself gets soaking wet and almost gets blown away by the wind? :D - to be around my neighborhood checking on my weather either ... :p

I guess what I'm trying to say is, that most of the time weather forecast is useful, but at times it's just totally messed up ... just 'meh' that ... ;)
