I don't know if it's already known or not. If you hit an enemy with a dagger or grenade or gun (far reaching weapon) and then switch to sword you can still keep hitting them as long as they have a red circle under them. If you try to hit them when the red circle is not present, you no longer have them under the glitch and you can't hit them from far distances anymore. The glitch makes it so you can hit them from very far distances, while they cannot hit you. In PvP this is especially ridiculous.
