I literally just thought of this question walking to the kitchen to get some ice cream, but, I wanted to know what yall's favorite flavor of ice cream is.

I'll start:

I love Homemade Vanilla from Blue Bell

A diner near me makes assorted gelatos. My favorite is Chocolate Peanut Butter. It is like cream from heaven. AM-AZING!
