Idea First Mate in Crew system

It's a very applicable idea, as a First mate, they would as well, assist in the crewing, and booting from crew. This would in turn allow for a more enjoyable and realistic Pirate style sailing experience, even if it applies to land lubbers as well hahaha. Maybe even a Mutiny option would be available if the /afk status is applied to the captain, AND the first mate, giving to a vote as to remove them of their authorities, establishing more active members of the crew as the newly appointed titles, at random. This would also make the transition of crews abit more functional, instead of restarting crews left and right when different tasks come to mind.

Share your opinions and reflections on this matter, as I find this would be very different and fun to have, in my honest opinion.

I really like the idea of being able to start a mutiny, I for one have been in a many of situations where the crew leader is afk and can't invite anymore people.

In basic terms, in my perspective, it's purpose is to transition the captains privileges to another pirate, whom is actually active. A feature to give captain's position willingly would require a simple rename to "Assign Captain to this pirate", since a mutiny is really for unfit captains forcibly being overturned by the current crew.

Just make sure the vote threshold needs 75% of the votes to agree before this happens to prevent intentional bad situations where a group of players join a ship to take it over forcibly and ruining everyone's experience in the end.
