Fishes are transparent/invisible

Not sure if this is already known, or anyone else has this issue, but when I go fishing it's as if they're either invisible, or 95% transparent. It's kind of hard to describe. The tuna fish for example only had a blue outline with some of it's outline removed.

Not sure what happened here.

Does this happen every time? It could be a model folder being broken, I'm not sure, but try reinstalling the game and updating your drivers.
