Fishing Boat Rentals by Time??

Instead of 1000 gold per Launch, I was thinking maybe a timed rental. I rent boats alot. Im on a Legendary Fish Hunt. But sometimes as soon as I launch, the game will disconnect, or crash, and I have to rent again and again and again.
