Fort Charles Invisible Enemies

That happens whenever an enemy is on another level (as in, another floor above or below you) and gets aggravated when you attack another enemy nearby, so it comes to chase you, but its model doesn't process itself through the ground/ceiling, so only the AI comes up to fight you.
I've had this happen to me in Kingshead most commonly, due to the large number of enemies.
It's nothing serious other than the model of the enemy not loading, basically.
 
The enemy issue in Fort Charles is a known issue. They seem to defy collisions and their aggro is off. What is happening is they are falling through the floor and attacking you. Unfortunately we cannot use guns on EITC or Navy, but throwing daggers are good to use against them. Sometimes I'm able to back up to a point where they come back up to my level and I can fight them.
 
This has been a thing in tlopo for quite a time and I'm sure has been worked on as well.
What I see a lot is enemies lock on me and start to advance and then sink slowly into the ground and disappear. It's kind of scary as there's a delay until they hit you. All over the oceans.
