frame problems

as i have been playing i have noticed that there tends to be a problem with the frames in general that can make some skills simply not work correctly. like brawler, it seems like it simply does not work do to frame rate lagging or something along that line. its like this for some skills that are meant to stun the enemy. it will not stun or disable them they will just continue though with attacking with the debuff active.

A possible fix was deployed yesterday, we are all facing the issues but its beta
