Game currently down?

Hey fam,
A few guildies and I have tried logging in this morning and it appears that the website is down as well as the game. When I type in my credentials and click play, nothing happens. Is this a planned outage hopefully? Giving a heads up in case this is not known.

Yea I tried to login in as well, and got the same thing, I’m like you if anyone knows why it’s down I would kind of like an answer

Right there with yall. Just tried to log in at 11.15am Eastern and got "900: Could't connect to account server." And when trying the website "503 Service Unavailable. No server is available to handle this request."

Can confirm the game is down right now, one of our department heads is looking into it but is in school right now. Will update more in a bit for you all. Apologizes for the inconvenience!

Same here. If it were a planned outage those are not the error codes you would expect...

Game should be back up, sorry about the outage. One of our core services went offline and took down a lot of the other servers with it.

I have fixed the issue and am going to be doing more maintenance later this week to make sure it won't happen again.
