Game not working with 1920 x 1080 resolution

Whenever I go to my settings and change the resolution to 1920 x 1080, it will get really big and about 1/3 of the screen will be cut off. Anyone else have this problem and solved it?

maybe your computer isnt 1920 x 1080

I cant find the right resolution for mine either, I just go with what is closest which cuts off a little bit of the corners. But possibly your resolution isnt 1920x1080.
