Game stole my money

I just bought a Frigate and while I was naming it, the game crashed (it just does they every so often). But I signed back on and the game didn't give me the ship or my money back, is there anything I can do? Also this is my first time on a forum ever, so if I posted this in the wrong place, let me know.
