So while TLOPO is down for updates I went searching the net for some old games I might be able to get my hands on.

Oh the nostalgia!

And it got me thinking..I wonder what games the forums community loved to play back in the day?

Whats your fave games from back in the day?
 
Gotta say that I loved playing Sonic on the Sega Genesis. On the Nintendo side, I played all manner of Mario games (NES and SNES).
Getting a bit more modern, I enjoyed Star Wars Rogue Squadron II on the GameCube along with Super Mario Sunshine, and on the original Xbox I played Halo and Medal of Honor.

My favourite thing on the ZX Spectrum (which was my first computer) was that you didn't get 'windows' ....when you started your computer you were faced with a black screen where you could type your own lines of code (Sinclair Basic) in and create your own little programs. I spent hours and hours doing that.
