Getting into my account

Hey everyone. I need a bit of help, but i dont know if anyone can. I remember my info for the forums, but dont remember my username for the actual game. I know the password though.. Lol

Well below it, it says " forgot password?" I click yes and it has me put an email in. I did just that, then hit submit and it didnt do anything. It basically refreshed the page.

I just wanted to know if anyone could help me out because i REALLY dont want to make another account, spend all that time again, and have to get a beta key again. Thanks !
