Glitched clothing while sailing

I'm not sure if this has been answered or posted about before, but recently after looting at sea I have picked up several bright pieces of clothing, and when they go into my inventory they appear as "plain" instead of the color they were when looting them. Any advice to fix would be nice cuz the drip doesnt create itself you feel me.

I noticed this awhile back , clothing changes after you accept it ! lol When you see a bright and ya look in Inventory after accepting it but none to be found !

I have had DB items turn bright green. We're getting SCAMMED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
