Suggestion Global Server Chat

I think having a chat where everyone can either disable or enable in settings to where you can chat with everyone online within every server in the chat. I play lots of games besides this that has this and it is very helpful when meeting new people. Id like to know peoples opinion on this. I will also add a vote poll to see whether people think this would be a good idea.

Yea mentioned that first because i know that some like to disable it and re enable it when they are needing to use it.

Id like to also state that its hard to find people and where everyone is without this feature. Yes it would be good to have a off and on button in options for it. Most games i play have this so you can talk with everyone in game that has it enabled server wide.
