If you reach a gold room and see someone already farming, it’s polite to ask them if you can join. Sometimes, people say no, and that’s complete crap. The loot is shared and the loot itself is different for everyone. If another person shows up, just crew them, and be happy that now it’ll go a tad faster. There’s no reason to not let someone join you.

Everyone has their own particular viewpoint on the matter and will most likely continue to do as they see fit. If you want to try to make them act more courteously, try talking to them. Otherwise, this discussion has been beaten to death at this point.

What if you're trying leveling grenade or something and politely inform them of this? Would it still be rude to ask them to leave? For the most part, if someone is helping you kill an enemy, the XP gained is much lower. Idk what would be the correct response in this specific situation.

I would probably ask them if they are willing to move somewhere else. If they are not willing and I am leveling, I usually just move somewhere else myself.
 
While I agree with most of what you say here I also think that if someone has the Gold Room and doesn't want to share it then that is their prerogative. I agree that the Gold Room can support about 4 players if done right but there have been more instances of people coming in and mucking things up than doing it right while I was there. Don't get me wrong, I always invite people to stay when they show up. I just have to say that I totally get why some people don't want the hassle of trying to get others to loot it in a way that is mutually beneficial; there are players that are great and just take a look at what you're doing and know right away what to do but more often clueless sorts start dropping nades or something like that just ruining the whole thing. So, yes, ask before joining and no, you don't have to respect their wishes but I certainly will.
 
I always share the public resources the game has to offer. I never leave a place because someone else wants to have it for themselves. Sharing in an open game is the only option. That being said, I never barge in if someone else is using the facilities, unless invited.

It's a personal thing and personal opinion and no ones going to tell me how and where to play a open mmo. This has been beaten deeply to death.
 
Unfortunately it Is No longer ?Rude to just move in and take over where someone else is leveling from what I have heard ......... I tend Not to bother others but I guess anywhere's fair game now a days ....
 
I usually ignore the people who think that they are entitled to having loot spots for themselves.

It's a wonderful thing to be kind, sharing, generous and patient, it's another thing for people to be ordering you to be that way.

I have to admit that I do sometimes just leave when someone barges in and mucks things up without a word from them, there are always other places to loot.

Hello, Everybody -You Greet everyone around you. -

the term ''Rep Stealing'' make me feel Uncomfortable because this is Definitely a Problem in General... but...

Tormenta and Raven's Cove/Idol are the 2 most popular spots for looting in the Game so, I, did tried a few methods and different angles to find a solution for this problem.

so, the only solution is to use SIEGE CHARGE!
 
Sure, it might be "polite" to ask to join, but it's by no means necessary in any situation. No one owns any section of the map, it's all open for anyone to go to.
