Hello there!
Like many I'm sure, I played POTCO waaaay back in the day when I first came to America. It was really one of the first, if not THE first, games I had ever played on a computer. With growing up, I generally stopped playing video games in general; I didn't really know how to juggle gaming, school, other hobbies, and later work.
I was on a bit of a nostalgic turn last week when I decided to look up old POTCO. To my, and as I see many others, chagrin, it had been closed down. To my dismay I figured I'd just let it be. In my searching however, I found TLOPO - a veritable carbon copy of my very first experience with computer gaming! I'm very happy being here. When I first made my account here I was so ecstatic I went about with my little light sloop just frolicking around the high seas!
Even though I'm older, not as carefree about what happens outside of me having fun, I do hope that I can have some worthy adventures and kill some stress from college on TLOPO.
