Guild Name Request

Hi I hope this is the right place for this. I started a guild two weeks ago . I have yet to receive any type of notification if the name was approved. I submitted the name Night Stalkers. Can someone tell me? As all i see are numbers.
 
Sometimes the requests don't go through, in one case of my requests it ended up that the guild name was already in existence. But this may not be the case. I would just contact support
