Having trouble connecting to 'Online Services' of MW3

Hey guys, i know it's a little late for this. but i have been having trouble connecting on MW3, ( I use Steam btw ) First day i got it, i wanted to play Multi but when i click play it says connecting to Online Services and then it says that there is an Error, and i would have to restart my computer, Router, and Steam constantly, and after awhile it stopped, and now it's doing it again I have Avast Antivirus on my computer, ( That could be why ) But i keep disabling it and it won't work!

Yeah, everything is fine, that's what confuses me about it.

1. Have you tryed to turn it of or not.​
2. Try turning you internet of for about 5-10 mins see if that works
3. If not i do not know more stuff on what to do. Sorry.
