first it said -7: con not extract archive: phase_2.mf.bz2 i went into windows c drive deleted the file then restarted the up date window now it says can not extract: archive phase_4.mf.bz2 i am deleted the file in windows and restart the up date then it said it again i uninstalled the whole game and reinstalled now it is back to saying archive phase 2 again can not extracted

Not sure if this could be the issue, but are you in 64bit or 32bit windows? The tlopo launcher/loader is now 64bit this year.

Have you tried running the launcher as adminstrator?

You can try to see if replacing the files with the ones above work. If they are outdated maybe @ArabellaDrummond can link updated ones.

Thanks for the help. I ended up having to replace phase file 5 and 6 but my games working now.

If those files are outdated, i'll upload newer ones when i have the time. Gonna be going to a family get together so i won't be available until later tonight.
