I need some help! I got a new computer so when i go to put pirates as window it goes black and i cant do anything. any ideas or advice on what to do? I would appreciate the help greatly.

Can you uninstall and install it again? When you install a program or game, it should install the add-ons you need for it to work. I don't remember if it's the panda file or what one, but I had a problem once when I installed pirates too. If you don't have it fixed yet, try that. Uninstall, install, and if any pop-ups come asking you to install an add-on say yes.

i tried that too didnt work thanks anyway but charles was right live chat helped a lot its fixed and my graphics are better then ever

What kind of graphic card? What version of Windows?

vindows 7 and i dont know the graphic card because when i bought it it was already installed
