Glitch Hex Ward blocking Heal and Cure

As I was leveling my pistol, the pistol I'm currently using having "Hex Ward," I noticed that when my servant tries healing me when Hex Ward is ready, it actually blocks Heal and Cure. Of course after using either Heal or Cure and Hex Ward goes on cool-down, the other does work. Regardless, quite the annoying bug/glitch.

Disclaimer joke - I also am having a bug where Feint keeps working when I'm using Mercer's Pistol and its really inconvenient. Could someone remove the special ability mercers has or change it to something less irritating.
