Suggestion Hostile Skeleton Ships

I was discussing this in my guild last night, I thought I remembered that the skeleton ships in PotCO would attack you on sight. Apparently I misremembered, but I still think it would be a fitting addition, and would make seafaring more exciting. I'm interested in hearing everyone's thoughts on this.

Enemy ships are currently broken. That's why.

I don't get attacked by any ships currently. It's been reported numerous times under the beta glitches thread. So, on the positive, you did remember correctly!

I remember being on a 12/12 frigate and still getting scared of high lvl skeleton ships because we were always in the yellow health range
