How can YOU help TLOPO Team?
I have heard many people who has countless said “It’s basically finished and released…”
This game has so much room to improve, grow and truly create a good atmosphere for the community.
In light of that, this thread is just to point out some critical tools the team has trustingly given us as “BETA TESTER” to help them improve our beloved community’s game.
Tool 1: The most easy to access tool would be the “Send Feedback”
Press ESC, Press "Send Feedback" and simply fill out your short issue and send!
This is created for QUICK bugs that can be summarized with a few length of words.

Tool 2: support@tlopo.com – This is created for bugs that take longer to explain, that are account directed, or that are potentially ‘game breaking’.
Tool 3: Sending your “Logs” folder.
This tool is the most important one to learn!
Here is the “Quick Way”
1. Find your TLOPO icon
2. RIGHT click it
3. Select “Open File Location”
4. Find the “Logs” folder.
5. Once there, you will find the Date/Time you logged on. Then forward it by Email: support@tlopo.com
Alternative way. PC < Windows (C
< Program Files (x86) < TLOPO < Logs.
If you CRASHED, Bugged, or experience any error you can’t explain. Just send the team this file and they will get the juicy details of information that caused your inconvenience.
"Wait, what if the team can’t get back to me though?"
Tool 4: Pirate Forums: Bugs and Glitches! https://piratesforums.co/forums/tlopo-bugs-glitches-and-workarounds.104/
As you may know, the community is enjoying the game and experience bugs just like you while playing tlopo. Some players even make an effort into FINDING theses glitches for you! In this link: you can post your technical issue here and players can either:
1. Give you a work around.
2. Tell you if it’s already been reported.
3. Bring awareness to your issue for the devs to put as a priority. [More awareness, more priority]
