How do I get the PotCO Desktop Launcher?

Look at Davy Darkrage (Admin)'s profile page, Information section. He has both links, for PC and for Mac.

What? Did you actually open his Information section? If you click on the PC one, you'll see that either you can run or save it. Save it on your C:/ drive (local hard drive) - or later on save it on your flash/thumb drive if you want to, and you can carry it around wherever you need it, and whenever you need it in the future - and then run it. It will put an icon on your desktop.
