Guild Help How do you start up a guild?

I understand if you have to ask an admin but, I'm wondering how do I start up a guild of my own?
Can anyone leave a link or tell me how to start one up.

Click Guild
If you aren't in a guild,
you can create one

The only thing that requires a Game Master's approve is the name of the guild which you can find the guidelines here (Scroll down to Naming Guidelines)
