I think you mean well, but I'd like to correct some misinformation. Not only is TLOPO's server budget not public information, it's pretty irrelevant to how long updates take. The actual update process is typically brief, but there's generally a period afterwards where other maintenance is performed and internal testing takes place (to hopefully make sure the game isn't too unstable). Servers are not the bottleneck here.
