how to do hurricane glitch

i've seen this alot lately on potco and every time i try to ask the person behind the glitch, they just ignore me or won't tell. i tried looking it up but, i didn't even get anything about the glitch . i even saw one person do the same thing with lightning strike. so my question is, does anyone know how to do this? if so can you tell me how?

no.... A glitch doesn't involve modifying any game files, a hack does

speed cannon files, will make ALL sword's and dagger, cannon's ship broadsides have NO cool down.. trust me i know how it works.

It's not a glitch, it's a hack using modded files causing no reload. Don't bother with it, and just report anyone you see doing it.
