How to get a "fancy" signature?

I was just wondering how to get a signature that is pretty detailed and "fancy", so to speak. Thank you.

There is actually another 'hint', usually underneath some signatures (not always), such as credits to the maker of the signature, or even saying like "Signature made by me". Some members here are really talented at creating them and very helpful too. All you have to do is ask him/her (pm or type on their profile), and see if he/she could help you make one.
