Question How to launch a fishing boat?

Every time I go to the fishmaster the button to launch a fishing boat is darkened and I cant launch one.
Is this a bug, or do I have to do something?

You have to be at least level 10 in fishing to be able to rent a boat.

Sometimes we/they just assume people remember things from the game even though it's been nigh on 3 years now. They forget to clarify the small things (like this, for instance) for the newcomers in the community!

I never paid for a Membership so I was never able to launch a fishing boat at the time
