I Can Feel The Rain... Please Bring It Back

The Rain and Thunder + being able to see ships looking out to sea while on land are two amazing features that the Developers of TLOPO had introduced in earlier stages.

What I really want to know, seeing I miss both of them so much are either of them coming back?
