Question I need help

I need to know from Staff if theres some sort of Free Camera type 3D Camera in TLOPO where I can get some decent footage because I'm in the middle of making a rather fancy TLOPO video and needed aerial footage over Padres.




I aint about to fly glitch just to get it either lol

If there is, it would most likely be staff only. Or done in a 3D modeling program
