Question If I had gotten a ban in the old game would that carry over?

Long story short I was 8 and swore 3 times in chat. This caused a permanent ban and my one question is would that carry over? Believe me, I have learned to follow rules, now being 16 instead. Do I get a restart or am I still stuck being locked out of the game?

if it was on disney's potco you should be fine this is owned by a new team of people. that meaning you should be able to come back.
