Installation Error

Hi. So my brother told me that TLOPO released recently and I have been waitingr this day! I make my account, install the game and long story short, i have an error that says "The application was unable to start correctly (0xc00007b)" I have searched many youtube videos and support pages and found nothing. I am running a windows 64 bit PC running windows 7. Any tips?
