It is most likely an error the devs are doing. The TLOPO staff is running really really low on Devs. They are wanting to find trusty people. :O) so they don't have any files stolen honestly they need a rank called trusted....

The first two sentences of this post (version error and staffing levels) are absolutely false. The rest of it is absolutely true though!!!

Fortunately for the community the lack of devs is a false assumption... Or a lack of facts since I know them... Regardless you aren't wrong it'd be nice to add folks to their team I'm sure but this game has shown how thin blood in the water loyalty can be... So unfortunately they will stick to their current methods of developing with coherent, and relatively sane people.
