Inventory, Quest log, Experience wiped after crash

So i crashed in Cuba a few times and when I finally had a stable connection, my inventory and gold were all gone, my quest log was deleted and my levels and experience were all gone, what happened and is it possible for me to get my stuff back?

EDIT: relogging appeared to fix this glitch, idk what happened in the first place tho

Yes this has happened to me too and I have seen others have experienced this but luckily a simple relog sorts it out as you found so at least we can do that till a fix is found.
It would be much worse if it was permanent after crashing.
