Question Is Hollowed Woods opening on Halloween day?

Is Hollowed Woods opening on Halloween day? Will The Watcher drop better loot this time? Will there be a new Hollowed Woods Quest or the same one reopened? Will there be new items for sale at the shop and gypsy? So many questions, I'm excited to think about it all and hope there will be more than just a simple reopening of the exact content that it had at closing.

It'll most likely reopen on halloween again and maybe new items will be added with the old ones like what toontown does with toonfest.

I believe it will open on Halloween day again and also its said new items will be added unsure if thats true or not.

It will be much more exciting if there is significant new content and particularly if The Watcher drops better loot and there is a new quest.
