Is lag getting worse on POTCO?

BECAUSE OF CRAPPY WINDOWS 8! ITS MEANT FOR SOCIALIZING BUT YOU NEED GAMING APPARENTLY... WINDOWS 7 AND LOWER FOREVER!

Apparently, my laptop that I am on is a Windows 8. My other one that is damaged is Windows 7. It is one of those gaming ones, worked smoothly on games.

But when I play a game with a lot of people like POTCO, I just get 1 frame per second it looks like.
