Is the rivalry between Retribution and TLOPO a friendly one?

The people from Retribution aren't happy with anyone from TLOPO. People from TLOPO are mostly fine with people from Retribution until they start trying force what they think on everyone else
It's actually a hostile rivalry, lots of accusations etc going around.

I think it's safe to say that the rivalry itself is all within the "hands" of Retribution now and anyone associated with them.
If they still want to battle/fight, I know of only one person myself whom feels differently than everyone else.

Honestly, it seems like it has been entirely one sided the entire time, of course cross words were said on the side of TLOPO but mostly because the people from retribution start the problems and bring the drama here, from what I have seen from the outside it appears those involved in TLOPO Are only defending themselves, its not like our folks are showing up at their forums causing trouble.

I'd like to contradict that statement. See @Stormtimbers going round on our forums a lot causing a lot of trouble - though he has calmed down now.
Also, I feel as though both sides are as bad as each other when it comes to this "rival". There are good and bad people on both sides, and we just have to accept that and try to keep peace.

I used to be part of the drama team in high school. No drama can compare to the drama of what people throw out onto the table. So, I'd rather not be a part of it. That's just how I roll.

To touch on this whole "rivalry" thing between TLOPO and those guys I've not ever heard of, I'll say, I'm not understanding how there can be a rivalry in the first place. Generally, a rivalry sparks when you have two or more businesses competing in the same industry to reach a goal only one may have. I.E. Two NFL teams playing for the Super Bowl, or ATT and Verizon trying to gain the larger customer base, and, in turn, gain more profits. In this case, we simply have a group of people who, out of the goodness of their hearts, are willing to piece back together a game that will bring a lot of joy to a lot of people... For FREE. No check or grand prize(other than POTCO Revived 
) that will be handed to them at the end. Both groups are capable of and will most likely see an incredible end result. Simply put, you do you, and we'll do we. After all, "we're not but humble pirates."

Well you have to realize that both TLOPO and another remake are in the same business so to speak. They are both recreating the same game and want to win over the community to their side. Right now the community is split between the two recreations and that is what cause this little rivalry. The TLOPO staff play their cards very well though they do not try to instigate or start fights or drama. They have only acted in self defense of their product so to speak. I do have to point out I do not support any rivalry. I am playing TLOPO and I love that game and would not trade it for anything but I do not support any type of actions against the other from either side. I surely hope it will end soon and we can all be friendly to each other.

100%. My loyalty is with TLOPO without a doubt. The people are great, and the dedication and work they've put into this is monumental.

The rivalry involves alot of stuff from behind the scenes, Personally, I wouldnt run off to start something with another remake but I do not trust them myself.
