I was really excited for this game to be released but i keep crashing sometimes now even when i just started ;(

You will be "kicked" out of the server due to a system called the Queue. Basically, the Queue is a waiting list to get into the game to limit numbers and ensure the game does not get overloaded. The Queue usually has no wait so you'll most likely be able to log right back in. On September 19th TLOPO will jump into Open Beta which will mark the end of "The Queue". I just went into the cannon and crashed ;( i even have my sounds off pls work on the mac users

I love the music in the game and hearing what they're saying but can't turn sounds up or i will crash
And when my time runs out will i still keep my character and things i did?

The Mac issues are being worked on. As for keeping your progress, yes, you will keep all your progress and characters

I cant even play the game now ;( i keep crashing when i have to do the start of the game and go into the cannon ;( please help i want to play. I played this before they shutdown please ;(

How do I go in a cannon and shoot at the start without crashing Do I have to wait till September 19th?

I assume you're talking about the Tutorial? I'm not sure about a workaround except for possibly skipping it for now? Here is a link where you can post your crash logs:

Not necessarily, I'm not sure when a fix for it will be out, your best bet is to skip the Tutorial and avoid using cannons unfortunately

Lower your graphics settings as well, this will help you to crash less

Also is there a way i can change my sword controls and guns and stuff cause my f1 and stuff are other things

Yes just use your mouse to click on them. The mouse wheel also works but it's harder to use, I just click (it's easier)

I finished my quest for the Voodo Training and then i crashed when i was getting it and now i dont have the quest to do anymore or the doll @Peter Goldbeard

Please fix these bugs before release ;( i cant play like this please help i cant even go on like a ship without crashing

I would email [email protected] about this one, and see if they could help. @MMDR or @Cheysa Finn may be able to help too. As for crashing, it is being worked on. For now, just keep the sound off and graphics low, I have been able to successfully sail almost every time I log on.

@CaptainBlackbear, if you want to avoid crashing while using cannon, you must have your sound and music turned completely off in the game's settings. I know that stinks, but it won't be like that forever.
The developer team is working hard to fix the issues you have mentioned, but it takes time. Please have patience. The game is still be created. It's not going to be perfect yet.
