Anyone who tells you it is and that they saw it is very simply a liar. Whether it ever will be in game is doubtful, given the testing for it several years ago.

I found myself playing Call of the Kraken the other night. I think it's pretty fun smashing ships to smithereens. I sorta forgot I had it, because well, it doesn't play well (at all) with Windows 7 64, so I have to play it under XP, and that means I have to restart (dual boot 7 and XP), and I don't do that a whole lot.
