I will be posting an exercise and food log each day, feel free to critique.

March 5

Lunch

double grilled chicken sandwich (ketchup, mustard, 3 tomato slices...that's 2 pieces of bread and.. 2 chicken patties, about 6-8 oz each)
6 french fries
16 oz water

Dinner
Homemade 6 oz cheeseburger (ketchup, mustard, 1 tomato slice)
8 french fries
16 oz water

3 oz sweet tea but decided not to drink anymore; even that 3 oz made me feel bad...as if I had drank a whole gallon or something..

Workout
(first six were done in a row, the last 5 were random times, not together)
db curl (5 lb) 3x20 each
db row (6 lb) 3x12 each
db side raises (5 lb) 3x10 each
db press (6 lb) 3x10 each
bodyweight squats 3x10
knee push ups 3x10

Step ups (6 inches off floor) 1x15 each

Glute Bridge 3 for 12 seconds each

plank 15 sec
glute bridge 5 x 10 seconds
calf raises 5 x 10 seconds

I did not have a time set aside for walking, plus it was cold/rainy outside today. I hope to get into a habit of walking 30 minutes a day.
 
March 6th

Food

4 grilled chicken fingers
Cesar salad (romaine lettuce, tomato, Cesar salad dressing)
may-field 100 calorie fudge bar
cheeseburger, 16 oz milk
plain noodles with black eyed peas
32 oz water


Exercise

20 minutes walking
 
Remember portion size is the bout the size of your fist. GL! They also have apps that you can track everything and set goals if you want. My mom uses them, has help her. c:
 
Food
kids cheeseburger(1 packet ketchup, 1 packet mustard, 1 half of a cheese slice...the meat was 4 oz) with a salad (lettuce, tomato, cucumber, red cabbage, fat free thousand island dressing)
turkey sandwhich with ketchup and light mayo.
16 oz water
16 oz 2% milk
1 bowl plain spaghetti noodles( 1 1/2 cup)

Exercise
db press (10 lb) 3x10 each
body weight squats 3x10
db row (10 lb) 3x12 each
glute bridge 5 for 12 seconds each
knee push ups 3x10
calf raises 10 x 10 seconds
side raises (5 lb) 3x10
Plank 3x15 seconds
 
What are you focusing on? If can, stay far away from caesar salads, the fat in those are insane as well as croutons. Try to use wheat breads when having burgers. Stairs are a good replacement for cardio & jump rope as well.

Cleaned house today and went to do some errands, no designated exercise time

20 minutes on exercise bike
3x10 knee push ups

Leftover potato stroganoff (2 cups)

baked chicken leg with rice, yogurt, and mulukhiyya (Middle Eastern soup like food, comparable to spinnach but has more nutrients than spinnach)
16 oz sweet tea


No exercise; Sunday is a rest day
 
Not too good on exercise today but will do better tomorrow :)

half of a potato with a teaspoon of butter
leftover rice with yogurt and mulukhiyya
1 slice of bread to make a half turkey sandwich, with just 1 packet ketchup and 1 mustard

Did some chores and other errands
