Launcher Download Error

When I open up the the launcher it says a new version of the launcher is available and so I click on "install" or I "X" it out and it takes me to the Pirates Online Webpage. From there I click the download button and proceed to install the new update. After it is installed I click on the launcher and a pop up still pops up that a new launcher update is available. No matter how many times I update the game I cannot log in. Is there something I am doing wrong? I have Windows 10

Try completely uninstalling TLOPO and all its files. Check in the file system that all TLOPO files have been removed. If there are any left, delete them yourself.
Download and install the launcher for Windows.
You can also try installing it elsewhere, like in Program Files or Program Files (x86).
