Ahoy @Rishiply,

While I'm not positive in what may be causing your issue, it does appear to be an issue with your graphical drivers from what I can make out. My first bit of advice would be to follow this video here in order to update your Intel GPU drivers correctly, or here for NVIDIA or Radeon. After attempting to update your drivers, if it is to no avail, I would highly recommend contacting TLOPO Support via their email: support@tlopo.com and give them all the relevant information you can regarding your error, as well as your Operating System and any other information they may need.

Fair Winds,
Misha

Ok and have issue was resolved
That's good. Could you kindly post what you did to resolve your issue in some detail if not too much trouble.
It could help other members and be recorded on the forums as a resource for all.
Glad you fixed it. Happy sailing.

I resovle this issue reversing the original update for my driver it has to do with Microsoft new update to your drive I can't recall name but when this new Microsoft update comes it tend to glitch out the opengl or even cause it to malfunction.i also recommend after you reverse the driver update uninstall and detele any pirate online left overs cause if don't you will get error 😖.So after it reverse update just reinstall the game 🙃

Yep, this is usually caused by Microsoft overwriting your current graphics drivers with a generic driver as part of an update (or if you upgrade major versions of Windows 10, for example [e.g. 1809 -> 1903]). Easiest way to fix is to go into Device Manager and look under Display Adapters and find the right driver for what you have.
