Launcher Issue (Windows)

After restarting my computer twice and reinstalling the launcher twice, I have still not been able to log in. I was able to log in just fine earlier today, but now every time I try to log in the game crashes as soon as tlopo.exe pops up. And I get sent back to the launcher. Anyone else having this issue? It's not an account issue because I tried a couple different accounts. It looks to be a problem with tlopo.exe starting up.

Update: it says on the site that they fixed it but I still can't login... I'm not trying to make a new account. I'm trying to login and play. The game crashes every time I try. It's been days :(

Connection agent 12 has spent more time down in the last 6 month than it has been up. I don't think that has anything to do with your problem. Not that I am much help at all. I have had my share of problems and was able to get through them with the help of support once it was my turn for help.
 
I just figured it out tonight. I needed to update my graphics driver. For some reason. I can finally play :D
